Concept for a private house in the Ålandic archipelago.

Because of laws and regulations it is not possible to build the house too close to the water. Instead we decided to bring the water to the house. A long sea water pool allows the house to have water access even from a distance.

A 60 meter long boardwalk runs along the nature pool and creates a divide between boats and swimmers.
