Concept for an existing house that needed to be updated and modernized as well as a floor plan make over.

We took the existing house, “cut” it in two pieces and tilted one of them. This created a floor plan with a more private zone and a more public zone inside. In addition it made a great outdoor terrace protected from the wind in an normally very windy place. Not to mention the view.
